  • Any malfunction or damage must be reported to OCTOBulk immediately. Unauthorized repairs by the renter are prohibited.

Insurance

  • Renters are required to provide proof of insurance that covers damage to the rental equipment and liability for its use.

Payment

  • Payment terms will be established at the time of rental. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a cancellation fee.

Liability
